  2. I fried them here but I have done them in a 200 f oven for an hour with decent results too

  3. Very pretty, neat and the crispy tomato skins are a cool idea. I’m not sure about having mint, basil AND tarragon together though, I would drop one of them.

    Minor, but I would definitely not serve the basil stems the blossoms come on. Those are woody and do not eat well. I don’t think anyone wants a mouth full of that stem while eating that otherwise delicious looking salad.

    Sexy, though I definitely thought it was prawns or lobster at first lol. I definitely prefer the clear white plate without the herb garnish like you have in pictures 1 and 3.
