    Also aware not enough stuffing and honestly when I rolled them I thought they where stuffed lol

  2. I’m sure it was delicious, but plating-wise, this is very simple. This is how every grandmother would put it on a plate.

  3. It looks delicious and like something I’d do at home but putting food on a plate isn’t “culinary plating”. Looks more pub grub than downtown bistro.

  4. I think it is too much food for this sub. Try a scoop of what I’m assuming are potatoes, 1 slice of the chicken and a small portion of beans with a drizzle of the gravy around the outside. Stack the protein for height.
