  1. I love it but you need to use a cutter to make sure the apple rings are round and the same size. Having weirdly uneven cut sides really detracts from the overall symmetry of your dish.

    That doesn’t look like tartare to me.

    Edit: guys it was a joke based on recent posts calling things tartare that are absolutely not tartare.

    Love this.

    Well done. Echoing the apple cutter person’s comments. Any kind of acidic marinade will keep them fresh looking. Even a toss in lemon/lime juice would do the trick.

    Also I would remove the apple bits and just go with the neat circles
