You might be better off calling it avocado poke because of the ingredients, flavors and the large cubes of avocado.

I’d eat it, sounds good, looks fine enough, but I don’t think you can really call it a tartare even if it’s prepared in the same style as a steak tartare.

Looks great but don’t call that Tartare, looks more like guacamole or poke. I would expect Tartare to have some sort of meat in it

I love guacamole. Fusion guac sounds interesting. Tartare… Well uhhhh. Let’s agree that it’s a pretty plate.

I have a hard time calling this a tartare. It looks nice but the first thing that comes to mind is guacamole. I know the flavor profile is different, but it still feels a bit “guacamole-ish” to me.
