  1. Visually stunning dish. Wish I saw the full plate, but I’m digging the negative space. Watermelon radish and scallops go extremely well together also. Kudos chef 🤘 the only personal preference I would have done was not bacon wrap the scallops. Just me, though I’m sure it eats amazing and sold like crazy if in a restaurant setting.

  2. The people who you cook for are lucky to have you. If that were set down in front of me my mouth would start to water with the anticipation of the crispiness and saltiness of that ham, the sweetness and texture of the scallops, the freshness of the peas and the silkiness of the parsnips. I’d be reaching for my fork. If my girlfriend told me to wait because she wanted to take a picture for Instagram, I’d tell her to f-off.
