    I mean, it’s definitely plated. I don’t know if it’s exactly exciting to look at aside from the insanely cool seed arrangement which btw props that must’ve taken time to do correctly.

    why would you post your attempt to replicate an existing plate up by a very prominent chef? it’s not your plate composition, i’m not clear what youre trying to get out of this sub…

  5. How long did the seeding take? Taste wise, was the dish worth the effort minus the seeding? Made his lavender duck with lots of shortcuts and still came out amazing

  6. It looks like it takes an hour to make and it’s eaten in 5 minutes… Probably less.

    I realised while looking at this that for an autumn theme, you could use the same ingredients but arrange the pumpkin seeds so it kinda looks like an acorn
