Blancmange -Earl grey custard, pineapple, pineapple confiture, savory graham cracker crumble by Albygood Culinary Culinary Plating

TrueAbbreviations552 on November 16, 2023 1:49 am I’d set the custard directly on the crumble. The crumble seems out of place. And so does the green sauce looking thing. Be more deliberate I think.

dotcubed on November 16, 2023 5:27 am I love earl gray. This is great. For some reason dark ceramic plates never agree with me, I’d rather see this on a lighter color. Those poor pineapples are too charred, a bit of black ain’t bad but I’d be displeased with so much carbon in my elegant meal finale.

Iunno why, but this makes feel uncomfortable.
