just screwin around, I intended to do more with the meringue but messed up at some point and couldn’t get it stiff enough to pipe (hehe)

tasted amazing but lost interest towards the end of making it so I really didn’t have much of an idea in my head for how it should be plated

  1. Honestly, there’s a hundred different things you could do to make this pop on instagram but that looks like something I’d want to eat, which a lot of those photos don’t.

    If I had to nitpick one tiny little thing, double the candied hazelnut and maybe rough chop? And a different plate for sure.
