Flourless chocolate cake with raspberry coulis, candied hazelnut, meringue shards, and liquor soaked raspberries

I just love the word shard. Looks cute, plate is appropriate I guess. Seems like a different one though would be more exciting. Restaurant plates are so blah…Such a nice dessert the crumbs are bothering me. I get it tho…Have fun.
