    Awesome food…plating…well…pratice. Look at those stems…think about the star of the plate…all kinds of fun options. Play with your food.

  2. I personally quite like this – The slight graininess on the purée I think could be remedied a bit by dragging it in a tear shape to match the spiraling patterns.

    Just not in the way where the spoon touches the plate and creates a split in the middle that needs to go the way of the roman empire.
