Cooked lettuce? No thanks. Ribeye needs to be a thicker cut and maybe try searing it and getting some color on that baby. Is that bearnaise? Also some kind of balsamic glaze? Prawns look a little sad. The knife work on your scallions is poor. Plating is meh.
