basically two filling meals a day and protein heavy snacks. if i wanted something sweet i would just swap the corn dog for a yasso bar or cookie or something. some of these foods are higher sodium but i definitely dont eat them everyday. the lunch meal is my go to and i come up with different 600-700 cal dinners and switch my snacks. the low calorie swiss miss hot chocolate is a game changer!! i add sugar free hazelnut syrup and it’s soo good.

  1. Finding those go-to meals is like a cheat code. There’s some pain in the experimental phase when you try to find the right combo of filling-yet-calorically-low, but I fully understand now why people just have a set rotation of meals they use all the time. I wish I weren’t so whimsical with my diet and could commit to more go-to meals.
