The Starbucks app doesn’t change their calories when you sub things which is annoying. How much do you guys think this would be? Id say around 90-100 but I want to make sure. Thank you!
What did you add/remove? You can find entries for sugar free syrup for example and estimate the difference for regular milk vs almond

i’d guess max 45 calories for this. plain tea is obviously 0, almond milk is about 30-35 per cup, and the SF vanilla syrup is 0 calories.

This drink is 90 calories with nonfat milk. With almond milk you’re probably even lower.

the proportions on this *should* be 4oz iced brewed tea, 4oz almond milk, and filled to the top with ice if made correctly. another commenter posted the calories in the sbux almond milk and the other components are negligible in calories.

I was always told it’s about 120, but people here seem to think it’s a lot less

Okay, so by getting rid of the 4 pumps of vanilla (20 cal each) and subbing for sf you get rid of 80 calories. 140-80=60.
So that would be 60 calories of 2% milk at 15 calories per ounce. So 4 oz. Almond milk is 7.5 per oz, making your drink only 30. Since it’s a tea there’s a good amount of water in there with the milk, and the ice takes up a lot of room as well
