“Recipe” in quotes because this barely qualifies as a recipe:
* 1 medium head cabbage, core removed, chopped (3.4lbs after prep)
* 2 bunches collard greens, chopped (0.85lb after prep, approx 5 cups)
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 2 bunches flat-leaf parsley, chopped, just because I needed to use it
* 2 cans cooked chicken breast (12.5oz each)
* 4 tbsp full-fat sour cream (60g)
Yield: 8 servings because I had 7 available containers, plus what was left in the pot for lunch.
Nutrition per serving (from MyFitnessPal’s recipe calculator – I think it undervalued the chicken by a few .oz, but spread across 8 servings like this I don’t trip about it):
* Calories – 119
* Fat – 2g
* Cholesterol – 43mg
* Sodium – 328mg
* Potassium – 519mg
* Total Carbs – 14g
* *Fiber – 6g*

* Vit C 93%
* Calcium 10%
