    Roasted tomato’s? What an amazingly thin crust. Some sort of shiny gel? It’s pretty cute.

  2. It’s gorgeous and I think we all want to know a bit more detail about what’s happening here. Confit tomato? Or stewed? Looks like salmon roe with raw looking shrimps, some kind of clear polymer gel with gold leaf in it?

  3. Very creative dish. Never seen anything like it. What’s the thin glossy layer on top, as well as the gold specks?
