  1. This is less a comment on the plating, and more on the quality of the produce. The strawberries look a little bit dull. Are they over-ripe, or have they been sitting out? Could you put a glaze or gel on them?

    it’s pretty but uh… locust? first off, where is it? i’ve eaten bugs before and i’m not opposed to the idea, but like someone said if i’m being served an insect i’d like it to be **highly** visible

    I’d be delighted to get this in a restaurant! The colours go really well together, and the layout suits the plate.

    Composition is alright, but I can’t imagine it tastes very exciting.
