    Looks good. Have you considered adding different types of tomatoes (i.e heirloom tomatoes) into the mix for different flavours, and also adding something crunchy for texture?

    I’m having a hard time imagining yuzu and beets together as a flavor combination, but I can’t knock it without trying it.

    Is there any source of richness in the dish? I don’t see any cheese or anything… maybe even just a drizzle of EVOO?

    Sounds fire, would be a great dish with a broth to make it gazpacho-esque.

    Im not trying to be rude, and maybe this is just my ignorance, however I do feel it is quite ridiculous to call, what is basically just, cherry tomatoes and small beetroot on a plate, a salad. I feel like this would benefit much from A 4th aspect
