The saucing here is wild. The whole point of a sauce is that it compliments the dish but if I have to take my bite of lamb on an expedition along the rim of the plate to get a bite with the blood spatter sauce… now I’m angry. I’m also not a fan of the favas covering the lamb up but can’t articulate why
