The dish looks excellent, but the lighting and photo quality obviously aren’t quite there. I’m guessing you took this photo on the line and weren’t concerned with getting a great image for marketing etc.
But if you don’t get a ton of upvotes I’m guessing that’s why. Because I can imagine that looks stunning in the right light, but I bet a lot of people will scroll past since it doesnt “pop” in this photo

Yeah agree with the other comment the photo doesn’t do the dish justice. One thing I think would improve the dish would be to add your green oil to the Harissa dressing and swirl it around to get a sort of marbled look
