  1. This is really pretty. I have questions about the buratta: where is it? How/why did you whip it? Isn’t the point of buratta to have the little pouch?

    Down with everything except the chicory – normally, you’d eat gazpacho with a spoon, so how do you eat those? Grab a fork too?
