Beautiful vessel! Using symmetry in a round, elevated vessel is a safe move. The lack of contrast in coloring is giving the “no flavor” vibe. All items in this plating are in the basement on the flavor scale. Using a brighter, or heat along with a blazing color could bring this dish up a level. Adding a crisp or crunch value is a bonus too.

I think it looks incredibly elegant. I would definitely want a glass of NV Billecart-Salmon Champagne Brut Rose with this. The color of the rosé would bring out the color in the langoustines…and it’s a dish worthy of the champagne.

I love it, the presentation is beautiful. Sounds delicious too, the avocado, asparagus and elder flower give the langoustine chance to shine without being overpowering

I’ll be the lone dissenter and say this looks slimy and very unappetizing.
Edit: I figured out what it brings to mind. The bottom layer makes me think of Fancy Feast
