    This looks gorgeous. I usually feel like spaetzle looks messy no matter what you do, but slicing the scallop really brings it together. Peas and spaetzle sounds awesome for spring, especially compared to the usual heavy meats I’ve seen it served with. Really vibrant colors, beautiful dish!

  2. I typically see scallops served whole and when cut it’s typically thought to be an inferior product. But, this looks great. I actually feel like I’d be getting more vs a single scallop.
