I’m thinking the steak should be pinker, maybe ditch potato or have them boiled, and have better topping greens. Really wanna hear what I else I need to work on.

Start by working on cooking everything less. The steak is overcooked, the zucchini looks really soft, and the potatoes look like potato chips.
I would happily eat it but this is plating not how it is cooked so break up the components and create color. Maybe Dan out the steak and drizzle the sauce more. Stack the potatoes
