This looks like something Chef Majk would do. Like someone else said. So tight and full of motion. My eyes were literally looping around the plate. Some more God tier plating.

What’s the orange piping? And is the cremeux the piping under the cake? I can guess that’s ots more honey and mango, but it’s it an icing? Butter cream? It looks different from the honey mango gel.
