A French omelette is not supposed to be browned like that. It should be glossy and relatively smooth on the surface. This looks way too overcooked. Honestly, I’ve seen better plated omelettes at IHOP.
Throw it away. Do it again. Brown eggs go in the trash everytime. Worked brunch last weekend and this would never make it to the window.
It’s already been said. Keep at it. Practice makes perfect
It’s more of a mid Atlantic omelette, there is too much colour on it to be a French omelette.
The sauce plus feta is off putting
