I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: Colston Bassett Stilton is widely regarded as one of the finest examples of Stilton – England’s most iconic blue cheese. Made in Nottinghamshire since 1913, this PDO-protected cheese is crafted with traditional methods; unlike many modern Stiltons, Colston Bassett’s version is made using hand-ladled curds, a gentler process that helps preserve the cheese’s rich, creamy, dense texture and serious depth of flavor. The result is a buttery, fudgy blue cheese that’s perfectly balanced. It’s full-bodied but never overpowering, with notes of roasted nuts, sweet cream, and a gentle blue bite that lingers without overwhelming.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

They make this 30 minutes from where I live. It’s such a brilliant cheese!

Not had this particular blue cheese before, but looks like a belter. Count me in!

  4. This is my all time favorite cheese. Whenever Aldis doesn’t have it I have a little meltdown in the store. It’s so delicious. I like to eat the rind of the little triangle all in one bite.

My favorite stilton. At my old job we stuffed calabrian baked figs with this and it was divine.
