I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: Primosale Fantasia Cheese is a playful and flavorful expression of one of Sicily’s most beloved cheeses. Primo sale, meaning “first salt,” refers to its early stage of aging, which results in a delicate, creamy texture and fresh, lightly salted flavor. For this variation, olives, arugula, and sweet peppers are folded directly into the curds, creating a beautifully speckled cheese with bright pops of flavor and color. Produced using traditional methods passed down through generations of Sicilian shepherds, this semi-soft sheep’s milk cheese is both rustic and vibrant. The addition of Mediterranean vegetables gives it a lively, savory character that makes it a standout on any table.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.
