Does anyone know why stores stopped selling Kraft cheese slices?
I miss eating Kraft cheese slices so much. All the stores in my area stopped selling them years ago. I live in MI and I was just wondering if anyone had an idea why😔💔
Hard to answer when you don’t even indicate what area you’re in. I doubt they’ve stopped selling them altogether.
IF you want sliced cheese, go to your grocery store’s deli counter and they’ll slice some fresh off the block for you. Might even be cheaper per pound than the pre sliced stuff.

I’ve got Kraft, store brand, and local dairy cheese slices in about 30 different varieties and we’re a small, one grocery store town.

My Kroger sells kraft cheese slices and we are in the PNW.

Kraft had a cheese recall back in 2023 that was due to a manufacturing issue. Small bits of plastic ended up in the cheese. This has led to shortages ever since. It might take awhile before your area is resupplied. Some stores like Kroger have replaced big brands like Kraft with their in-store brand. Best bet is to check with your local grocery supplier to find out whether or not they still carry Kraft slices.

Why does any company do anything? Because they think it will (or not) be profitable.
