I’m working on an automatic prototype version of one that can be carried in your pocket.
It’s part of a gas powered Swiss Army knife contraption.
At least I have concepts of a plan for it. More details will be released in the following weeks.

Ours just arrived yesterday too but we haven’t tried it yet. It should work well with chocolate too, for some decorative shavings on top of a cake.

Whole Foods carries tete de moines. And you don’t need to buy a “thing” it’s already in the florets
