    that looks awesome. how did you get the mousse to release from the mold so cleanly? what are your thoughts on switching out lemongrass for pandan?

    This sounds delightful. It also looks fantastic-but I’d like to see it in better lighting! This dessert sounds so fresh. The lighting is dark & gloomy.

  8. That lemongrass twist on the almond cake with all the mango layers is a combo I never saw coming.
