[Homemade] Braised quail eggs with minced meat

  1. 🧾 Ingredients
    25–30 quail eggs, cracked into a bowl
    ~300g minced meat (pork or beef)
    2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
    1 small shallot (minced)
    Green onions

    Seasoning:
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    4 tbsp soy sauce
    1/5 tsp seasoning powder
    4 tsp sugar
    1 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp salt
    Pepper
    100 ml of water
    🌶️ Sriracha (optional, for a spicy kick)

    🍳 Instructions
    1. Season
    Add:
    soy sauce
    oyster sauce
    seasoning powder
    sugar
    ginger
    salt
    pepper
    Sriracha (optional)
    100 ml of water
    Mix well and let it simmer

    2. Cook the minced meat
    Heat oil in a pan
    Sauté garlic + shallots until fragrant
    Add minced meat and cook until browned

    3. Add the eggs
    Add the sauce
    Add quail eggs
    Simmer until sauce thickens and flavors absorb

    5. Finish
    Add green onion
    Serve hot with rice 🍚

  2. I’m sure it’s great but man, cracking 25-30 quail eggs sounds like a lot work lol.
