Sorry this may have been answered before. Bought my first 2 cans, and it was shipped without any cold packs in the shipping container. I live in Nashville, it took 3 days to deliver. With the temperature warming, I assume WSU still understood this would be safe to ship. Any thoughts?

  1. This time of year they usually skip the cold packs as a default. A few hours at Nashville temps should be fine. There may be some separation but still will keep in the can in a fridge.

They ship without cold packs through half the year. They’ll start again soon. They only take ~3 days to ship so that’s not going to hurt it. Just put it in the fridge and it’ll be great.

Yeah, in winter you can do regular shipping or shipping with cold packs which is about 3x the cost, just need to select it. They describe pretty well on the website how it works
