I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: This little goat’s cheese is a work of art, adorned with edible flowers from the cheese-maker’s surrounding meadows (prato fiorito translates to ā€˜meadow flowers). It’s a fresh cheese with a light, creamy, lemony flavour and smooth finish. A stunning addition to any cheese platter and a great ā€˜top layer’ for cheese towers.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

Is it just my stoner brain, or does that cheese look like it’s wrapped in the dankest of nuggs?

“prato fiorito” actually translates to “flowery meadow” but the description still stands
