I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: Primosale is a traditional Sicilian sheep’s milk cheese, in a whole 2.2-pound wheel. Its name, which means “first salt” in Italian, refers to both its unique cheesemaking method and its short maturation period of only 14–30 days. This gives Primosale its bright, fresh aroma and sweet, milky flavor with gentle grassy and earthy undertones. Mild yet distinctive, it’s one of Italy’s oldest sheep’s milk cheeses and a true expression of Sicilian tradition. The flavor lingers delicately with subtle tanginess and a lightly sour finish, making it a versatile cheese for many occasions.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.
