    Recipe:
    Dough:
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    11 g yeast
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    3 tbsp oil
    Warm water (as needed)
    Mix everything and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour.
    Filling:
    250 g chicken (cooked & shredded)
    1 small onion (chopped)
    1 capsicum (chopped)
    8–10 olives (sliced)
    3–4 garlic cloves (minced)
    Salt, black pepper, chili flakes (to taste)
    Cheese cubes or mozzarella
    Cook onion and garlic in a little oil, add chicken, capsicum, olives, and spices. Cook for a few minutes.
    Assemble:
    Divide dough into small balls, flatten, add chicken filling and cheese, seal and shape into buns.
    Bake:
    Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–20 minutes until golden.
    Soft, cheesy, and spicy! 🌶️🧀
