Several months ago, I bought a premade cheese platter that contained Brugge Comtesse (god bless the grocery outlet). I have since been unable to find it. I also cannot stop thinking about it. It was phenomenal. I especially loved the nutty flavor and crystalline texture. Does anyone know of an online store that ships Brugge Comtesse in the United States?
