  1. Been wanting to do a beef back rib meal again. Very popular w/ family & friends.

    Did 5 beef back bones weighing 3.7 lbs, and a homemade beef rub (Meathead’s Big Bad Beef rub recipe). 60% of the beef ribs were finished w/ BBQ sauce too. Incredibly tasty.
