* finely slice a yellow onion, fry on low. Add one finely sliced/diced red chili, fry.
* When color starts to develop, push onion to one side and add about 1 tbsp tomato paste with a little more oil to the center, fry with spices (cumin, paprika, kashmiri chili powder, cayenne, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper), combine with onion and push aside.
* 2 cloves garlic, one chopped, one minced. Cook until barely fragrant.
* (Nutritional yeast for extra flavor and nutrients).
* 1 beef stock cube, a little sugar/xylitol, water.
* Can of Lima beans.
* Can of diced tomato.
* About 60ml coconut milk.
* Let it stew for a while.
* 400g vegan mince cooked separately, a little Worcestershire sauce, a bit of Cajun spice, combine with chili.
* 2 handfuls of spinach towards the end, wilt with residual heat.
