  1. Yummy! Seared tuna is so good, also can’t go wrong with a creamy pasta.

Ah yes, cream sauce and high quality fish, the finest of all combinations. Next, just add cheese

Was it… gummy? You’ve got two phenomenal elements there, both look like they were done very well but it feels like these two things together would feel like eating glue.

I dont know what is wrong with everyone here. It looks amazing

  5. “Tagliatelle pasta with a sauce based on local gouda, cherry tomatoes, greens, white wine, and cream combined with chilled tuna.”

Not sure I’d go for the gouda/tuna combination.

Don’t mind these cowards, OP. Seafood with creamy cheesy pasta works great, especially with some lemon juice, tomato and garlic in it. Enjoy!

A lotta people here really don’t like the idea of fish with a lemon/cream pasta here.

Although, I will admit, the tuna could be cut or dispersed better. The chunks are weird and would likely be better served slightly more done or flaked, for visual appeal.

I kinda would try this however the tuna looks under cooked to me [to each their own]. As for fish and cheese not working – gotta love a tuna pizza! [dons protective gear and leaves pursued by angry crowd.]

  9. After watching that other Reddit thread about tuna being injected with dye and CO to hide it’s rotten, I am not appetised

98% of tuna consumed in NED is canned.

Sooo while I like thebsound of some of the ingredients, local Gouda would insinuate this is Dutch (or somewhere close?), in which case Id probably pass on any tuna being served…

Maybe a lighter touch with the portion of both pasta and tuna with a crispy element to change up the softness in texture.
