  1. That was a very good salad!

    – Brussel sprouts in the robot, until some heads remain, but are smaller, and lots of it is chopped up. 425F for 15 minutes, with olive oil and salt, on a baking sheet.

    – I had some bacon, so I cooked it in the oven (same temp, about same time).

    – Pumpkin seeds, chopped cashews and almonds, all roasted for a few minutes at medium heat.

    Dressing: I had a honey/french shallot dressing in the fridge, that worked really well.
