Zealousideal_Force_0 on May 7, 2026 3:00 am Ingredients: 200g Green Marzipan Almond Sponge sheets 150g Almond Flour Pinch of salt 1tsp of Lemon Zest 130g Sugar Powder 40g Flour 4 eggs 3 egg whites(for meringue) 30g Granulated Sugar 30g Unsalted Butter(Melted) 1. Mix the dry ingredients and sifting it up. 2. In a Bowl. Add 4 eggs and dry ingredients and whipping it up nicely. 3. In a another Bowl, add egg whites, Sugar, and pinch of salt and whip it until it forms Stiff form. 4. Add the Meringue one by one and slowly mixing it and add Melted Unsalted Butter. 5. In a Baking pan put some parchment Paper and spread yhe batter thinely and bake it in the oven 200°C for 10min. 6. Let cool and press it down with some Round 21cm Cake Mold. 7. Make a 2 Thin layer of Cake sheets. Creme Mousseline: 250ml Whole Milk 3 egg yolks 30g Corn starch 100g Granulated Sugar Pinch of salt 250g Unsalted Butter 1tsp of Vanilla bean Paste 1. In a Sauce pan, add milk and heat it up nicely. 2. In a Another Bowl, Dd egg yolks, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and vanilla and whip it until the ingredients are well combined. 3. Pour the hot milk into a Bowl and slowly slowly mixing it until all dissolve. 4. Pour the mixture into the Sauce pan and don’t stop mixing it and cook it until thicken. 5. Once its done let cool. 6. In a Another Bowl add unsalted butter and Patisserie Cream and whipping it up for 10min until it is light and fluffy. 7. Set it Aside. For strawberries: 800g ~ 1kg of Fresh Strawberries. 1. Wash it nicely and dry them up. 2. Pick the prettiest strawberries and cut in half for side decorating and diced the other Strawberries for filling. Assemble: 1. Prepare the 21cm diameter 7cm height mousse ring and put some almond sponge Layer on the first and brush it with some sugar syrup. 2. Place a Strawberries on a Side and piping some Creme Mousseline into a Side. 3. Piping the cream into a Middle and put some diced strawberries and place another Almond sponge Layers and press it down so its nice and combined. 4. Spread the remaining Creme Mousseline and and cover the top with thin layer of green Marzipan. 5. Spread some water over the Marzipan for shining touch and decorate with some Strawberries. 6. Let cool in the fridger for about 3hr and Enjoy.
