    This is stunning. The plating alone feels restaurant-level, everything is so propostional and elegant. The noodles are beautifully aligned, the broth looks crystal clear and rich, and that touch of truffle on top is such an elegant choice without feeling overdone. JUST WOW!!!

    I can really tell a lot of care went into balancing flavors and presentation here.

    For homemade ramen, this is seriously impressive, the kind of bowl you pause to admire before digging in. Making me hungry!

  2. What’s the rationale for what looks like black truffle vs truffle oil? I find it tastes the same in miso/ shoyu type of tare/ broth if you’re not worried about ascetics.
