I’ve seen it on Tête de Moine (“monks head”) where it works because the cheese is so fine grained.
It’s fun. But would imagine it would be used once and left at the back of the cupboard if I had one.

Jesus, I can’t stand this guy. What a tired shtick he has. “He’s just getting his bag” I know, but I wish genuine talent, skill, humour or writing was worth more than his little gimmicky persona.
