“rice” is a mix of 85 grams cauli rice + 1/6 cup regular rice
sauce is 25 ml frozen orange juice concentrate, ground pepper to taste, 1 T soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp sesame oil,1 tsp chili garlic sauce (sambal olek), 1/2 minced clove garlic, 1 tsp minced root ginger
everything but rice was pan fried with spray oil on non-stick pan. Sauce was added as last step and cooked down on lower temperature. toppings: A little sprinkle of sesame seeds and orange peel.
