Looks amazing I don’t seek out tofu either
But I could eat a thousand of the green Thai curry from Trader Joe’s it’s coconut based and has tofu .

Food looks great and we love tofu, but I feel like it’s a misrepresentation to say tofu costs less than chicken. I buy Costco-branded tofu for 0.09 USD/oz, which comes to 1.44USD/lb (still cheaper than all Asian mega grocery stores). They sell whole chicken for 0.99USD/lb. The tofu is almost 50% more expensive. I can do so much more with the chicken and its carcass than I can with tofu. You can’t boil tofu to make stock. You can’t get schmaltz (render cooking fat) from tofu.

Looks delicious!
I think they let non vegans eat vegan meals now so you’re good
I’m also not vegan/vegetarian, but sometimes tofu is the correct ingredient. It’s better if it’s *not* a meat substitute.
