That looks absolutely beautiful. And it sounds delicious.

Looks (and sounds) fantastic. My only suggestion would be to use a darker plate for contrast (dark gray or charcoal stoneware, perhaps?) and maybe a flatter platter instead of a bowl. You worked very hard to balance everything and vary the height of each element, but the rimmed bowl hides some of that height/depth.

This sounds and looks phenomenal. Love the contrast and compliment of flavors and textures.

Filipino adobo is so good. I would want a little more of the sauce. But that’s just nitpicking. Fantastic dish

It’s like a cool little alien environment 🙂 I love all the elements and the spots of pink may be my favorite, they really help pull it all together, I love the fun shapes of them and how they contrast the green, help bring out the yellows which then helps highlight the lovely color gradation from the cream puffed rice paper on the lighter cream puree, on the even lighter plate, so it’s got a delicate structural glow about it. Again, like something off-world under a bright sun, and you expect some happy creatures to come walking out behind the trees and rocks and sun themselves or head down the mountain 😀 Very fun and lovely and looks very delicious
