what's the best placement, or the best way to place a waxed cheese on a charcuterie board? how to cut it, do i not cut, do i remove the wax or leave it on to bring in more colour?

  1. I’d cut a wedge of about ⅙ out of it, then balance the wedge on the round, cut sides uppermost

    I’d just remove all the wax and keep it whole. Maybe slice a few slices for show

  3. Completely remove the wax. Cut some pieces of all the cheeses. Make little signs with paper and toothpicks noting the flavors of the cheeses.
