As someone who enjoys cooking,this style of video irritates me. It appears performative and about the model and not the cooking. I know for a fact when I’m cooking there is no perfectly done hair and outfit. Never mind that part, the food in the video takes up a corner of the video and is about 1/10th of the frame in area.
The overly conscious hand movements appear robotic and don’t give much in the way of showing how the cooking would be done in practice. If you’re going make a video about food, please make it about the food.
