[I ate] top to bottom: kangaroo, camel, antelope meatballs
Kangaroo had a venison taste, the camel had a great Curry Smokey blend seasoned into it. Antelope stole the show with a fantastic balance of fattiness and flavor!

<Serious> Why do they all appear shiny? Or is it just me? I thought they were glazed donut holes at first. When I’ve had meatballs, there isn’t any shiny glaze on them.
