  1. My plan for the day is to have a protein rich breakfast and then a light protein rich snack at lunch time. I’m saving the majority of my calories for dinner though. And if I go over a bit it’s ok, I just want to make sure I don’t go crazy and have 2000 calories worth of food for dinner.

Let’s just pick on the onions for one second and nothing else.

    Onions create gas.
    Gas causes bloating
    It slows down digestion

So it’s okay you sharing stuff like this.
But it’s way more than just calories that we have to consider

  3. This is amazing. Every other item is itemized except mashed potatoes and gravy. The thing I consume by the gallon. Now I don’t have to worry about it it’s just 300 Calories!

my issue is we go out of town for thanksgiving and the hotel we stay at has this insane waffle bar, you know, the next day 😬

  5. What’s the problem with being mindful of stuff like how much exercise it takes to burn off something? Idk about y’all but for me it’s a reminder to just eat in moderation and avoid the entire problem of burning calories I ate with exercise.

  6. It’s more importantly not how this works. If you exercise for “100 calories” you will now be hungrier.
